Avoid the question cliches of interviews, I agree - nothing beats an interview that turns into a normal conversation about experiences and exchange of ideas - but your approach is pushing it a bit too far. It seems you’re looking for people like you, which will compromise diversity.
The criticism question (and answer) for example, might be great from the perspective of the person that is giving it — Non confrontational, subliminal and very diplomatic, but for the receiver? People have different backgrounds, different education, culture etc which can definitely mean the message is not understood. What does that mean in terms of “reaction” to the feedback given? You will not get the results you want if people don’t understand you. This is just an angle to one of yours questions but a very important one as a company without good communication and culture amongst its associates (especially in a start up context) is doomed to fail.
